Our approach

The modern approach of Aero-Formatech® allows you to recognize your limits and abilities in emergency situations – safety concepts necessary to become an excellent Flight Attendant.

Part of the theoretical training is offered online and in class.

Our learning process is based on knowledge of the theoretical aspects of the field of aviation and by putting it into practice using the emergency equipment found on board an aircraft and in our Cabin Training Simulators.

Once registered on board, you will have, among other things, the opportunity to tour an airport (hangar & FBO), see different types of aircrafts and meet professional operators working in aeronautics. These visits are organized at the start of your training to immediately familiarize yourself with the aviation environment.

You will also be able to handle cabin equipment including opening and closing doors of different aircrafts and use various emergency equipment such as PBE – Protective Breathing Equipment and oxygen masks during multiple cabin hands-on practices.

During the practical sessions, the emphasis is on Teamwork, essential element in the field of aeronautics. Our Cabin Simulators represent the reality of ergonomics and the exiguity conditions of the cabin, thus promoting rapid adaptation to the work environment, effective communication, customer service, etc.

You will participate in the best certified emergency training in the industry, including Firefighting in a Cabin Simulator, Evacuation on water in pool with raft, life vests and survival equipment as well as First Aid – Aviation and CPR training / DEA in cabin.

To respect a fair ratio of participants, while maximizing the learning process based on the retention of knowledge and skills, the number of participants is limited to 24 per group.

Throughout your journey, you will have the opportunity to meet people from the aviation industry with whom you can discuss your career. Meetings with employers (hiring airlines) are organized to give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the different job options on the market and help you make the right choice for you.
