Since the start of our operations in 1992, all our experience in the field has allowed us to observe the following facts:

  • Our Training Programs are best suited to the needs of Crewmembers, increasing Learning Retention and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Our Practical Training Programs are constantly adjusted according to the specific realities of the Cabin/Cockpit workplace including Cramped conditions, Ergonomics and the Stress linked to any Emergency
  • Situation improving the Customer Experience.
  • Our Training Programs are regularly revised and improved according to the constant needs of modern innovations in aeronautics.
  • The Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Technology used during our Practical Training Sessions helps reduce our Carbon Footprint.

To adequately respond to these realities, the Aero-Formatech® team of Instructors has developed an approach that considers the elements mentioned above. Our programs are created from the best-known concepts and are tailor-made based on a solid understanding of the needs and particular context of the Crewmembers.
